新乐天海鲜酒家☆Happiness Seafood Restaurant

新乐天海鲜酒家, 位于巴生卫星市. 食物还过得去, 7个人, 吃了RM130+, 每道菜做得蛮大的.
Happiness Seafood Restaurant, located at Klang Utama. The food is quite okay, 7ppl cost RM130+, n they serve them quite a lot.

开胃菜, 香腌花生. 一小碟RM2.
For appetizer, braised peanut, a small portion RM2.

南乳腌排骨然后再炸, 香脆入味, 值得一吃.
Nam Yu Pai Guat, after deep fried, made them so yummy. Have to get it a try.

蟹膏虾菇, 好吃.
Crab Roe+Mantis Prawn, yum yum~

招牌豆腐, 滑而不油.
Jiu Pai Bean Curd, smooth n not oily.

四大天王, 普普通通.
Sei Dai Tin Wong, normal.

当天叫了白斩鸡及姜茸蒸鱼, 有了这个姜茸, 开胃好吃, 没得顶. 其实多叫了白斩鸡, 不然这一餐会更便宜.
Chicken and Steamed Fish with minced ginger, with the blessin of the ginger, the fish n chicken tasted so good, mou dak deng! But we r too full to finish the chicken, without it the price will be cheaper.

毛山稿肉骨茶★Mo Sang Kor Bah Kut Teh

毛山稿肉骨茶, 位于巴生Berkely. 为何叫毛山稿? 原来是当年老板被称"Musang", 叫叫下就变成毛山咯.
Mo Sang Kor Bah Kut Teh Restaurant, located at Berkely, Klang.

这里的肉骨茶是一人一小碗. 特色是汤头超浓, 味道十足. 喜欢浓郁肉骨茶的朋友应该会很喜欢. 汤头特浓也相对的比较油腻.
The Bah Kut Teh is served by a small bowl per person. The special about this bah kut teh is the soup is super rich n creamy, but will be a bit oily.

这里的汤可是很珍贵的, 加汤是一汤匙一汤匙的加.
The soup here is quite precious, if U want more soup, they will add not by bowl but by spoon.

NewZealand Natural 雪糕店

NewZealand Natural雪糕店, 其中一间位于Centro Mall, Klang的分行, 备有沙发桌椅, 让人能歇一歇, 享受一下雪糕.
NewZealand Natural Ice Cream, located in Klang Centro Mall, provided sofa n table, for the customers to rest and enjoy the ice cream.

店内有卖多过十种口味的雪糕, 有点眼花缭乱了......
There r more than 10 types of ice cream for U to choose, so hard to choose...@@

买了大罐装, 3大粒雪糕, 每一粒有将近3/4拳头大小. 3种口味, 较黄的是优格芒果百香果, 米色的是香烤澳洲胡桃或火山豆, 而青色的是薄荷巧克力碎. 澳洲胡桃的十分特别而且美味, 强力推荐.
We bought a large cup, 3 big scoops of ice cream, each of them almost like 3/4 of the fist. 3 different flavours, the yellow one is yogurt+mango+passionfruit, the beige one is creamy macadania with roasted Australian macadania nuts and the green one is peppermint with choc chips. The macadania is very tasty and stron in flavour, strongly recommended.

大罐装大约RM16+. 这里的服务不赖, 服务生在我们买了雪糕后(自助)还会端上白开水.
Large, around RM16+. The service here is not bad, after we bought the ice cream (self service), the waiter served some plain water to us.

身边的小事物のWonderful Things Around Us

五月十六号, 适逢教师节, 学校带队劳勿一日游. 有时候要多留意身边的事物, 可以发现它们漂亮的一面.

16 of May, Teacher's Day, but have to work also to brin the students for an one day trip at Raub. Some time we need to observe or look around us, even a tiny thing will seem pretty.

此野花相信大家都很熟悉. Alor Akar PSM 的社友们应该很有印象吧. 想当年大家都在思考用什么植物来取代科学园的野草, 最后就选了它. 现在科学园应该也不在了吧.
Wild flower, any1 knw the name of it? The members of PSM at Alor Akar should be familiar with this flower. Still remember when I was young (T.T), the AJK of PSM tried to find some plants to replace the grass at Taman Sains n finally we chose this flower. I think the Taman Sains already long gone by now.

Lu bian de ye hua bu yao cai~~~

灰菇场的新鲜无药灰菇, 又名鲍鱼菇. 每种一轮, 可以采七次.
Fresh Gray Mushroom at the Gray Mushroom Factory, declared as organic. Another name given to this mushroom is Abalonus Mushroom (Bao Yu Gu). Every one that planted can be harvest for 7 times.

咸香南乳花生, 刚好厂主把腌好的花生摊开来晒, 片地金黄.
Nam Yu Peanut, the owner dries them under the hot sun after prickled for 1 night.

水嫩嫩的豆腐.
Tauhu, as soft as butter.

亞宗宝香绑线肉骨茶☆Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh

亞宗宝香绑线肉骨茶, 此间分行位于巴生Centro Mall, 环境干净清凉, 冷气设备, 价钱也比一般的高一些.
Klang Centro Mall Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh Restaurant, comfortable environment, with air-cond, for sure the price will be higher than the normal.

一切餐具都是特制, 印上自家宝号.
Every tablewares here is special made and given the mark of the restaurant.

为何绑线, 原来经过绑线之后, 肉质嫩滑柔软, 而且还能把多余油脂吸掉, 让汤汁不油腻. 但可能厨师今天比较心烦气燥, 下手重了, 汤汁咸了些. 老妈也不是很喜欢.
What special about this bah kut teh? It is cooked with the strin tied round the meat, and this made the meat to be soft n yummy, the soup also not that oily cause the strin already absorded all the exceed oil. But maybe the chef is a bit not in the right mood today, the soup is quite salty. N my mum not so like it.

配上新鲜小辣椒, 吃到 lem lem lei.
Eat together with cili padi, delicious.

7人份, 加碟小菜, 将近RM80.
7 ppl + a plate of vege, costed us near RM80.

比起在Berkely的总行, 总行的环境当然比较闷热, 但要酱才能感觉到吃肉骨茶的风味.
Compare with the main at Berkely, although the environment at Berkely here a bit hot n stuffy, but we need this kind of environment only can feel the "bah kut teh".

看到绑线后的痕迹吗? 总行的会比分行的好吃.
Can U see the strin mark? The main is better taste than the branch.

顺记海鲜饭店★Soon Kee Seafood Restaurant

今天适逢老妈到访, 所以就约了一班老师去吃一餐, 位于SetiaAlam的顺记海鲜饭店.
My mum comes for few days, so I gather some of the teachers to have dinner at Soon Kee Seafood Restaurant, Setia Alam.

咸蛋炒虾姑, 鲜味十足, 超爱咸蛋!!
Salty Eggs fried Mantis Prawn, super delicious, i almost swallow my tongue. I love salty egg!

黑狗啤酒鸡, 嫩滑鸡肉, 风味十足.
Tiger beer chicken, smooth chickens with sweet sauce.

咖哩三鲜, 鲜虾鱼肉苏东.
Curry 3 "Xin", prawn fish sotong.

炸茄子, 但绝对吃不出是茄子, 鲜甜柔软, 十分创意的一道菜肴.
Fried brinjals, but U cant knw they're brinjal even when U taste them. Soft n sweet, almost taste like chicken, very creative.

蒸拉拉, 姜味+绍兴酒, 虽然不比波士顿的, 但依然美味.
Steamed LaLa, full of ginger n "Xiu Heng" wine, although not as good as Boston, but not bad.

姜茸蒸, 不错.
Steamed with minced ginger, nice.

招牌鱼, 酸中带甜, 甜中带辣. 石斑鱼肉鲜嫩美味, 煮得刚刚好. 强烈推荐.
Jiu Pai Fish, sour+sweet+spicy, mix together to make the fish flavourful, strongly recommended.

吃饭当然少不了青菜, 虽然是很普通的一道菜, 但在众蛮"重"中有如万中一点红.
With all those "heavy" dishes, this simple n normal fried vege seem so fresh.

最后竟然有机会尝一尝柔佛州麻坡的Otak-Otak, 赞!
N we got a chance to eat famous Otak-Otak from Muar, Johor. Lip-smackin!

十个大人两个小孩八道菜肴, 只须RM159, 在巴生一带算便宜了.
10 ppl with 8 dishes cost us RM159, quite cheap at Klang area.

英华小吃☆Ying Wah Delicacy

在英华久了会有个现象, 那就是体重会增加. 得空得空老师们就会带一些小吃来一起分享分享. 这一天校长就带来了她女佣蒸的木薯糕(应该是吧, 有时候只知道吃而已), 香甜美味, 大热天吃最赞.
When U stay at Ying Wah for some time, ur weight may gettin more n more. Some time the teachers will brin some nice food from their house for all of us to share. One day, HM brought some Kuih Tapioca (if I'm not mistaken, usualy I just grab n eat) that were made by her maid. Havin some in a damn hot day, is so good.

阿枚老师的特效药, 喝一喝, 解渴润喉, 生津止咳.
Ah moi super medicine, can cure sore throat, kurangkan panas, hentikan coughin, have some once a while, keep the doc away~
