海南风味馆のHainan Feng Restaurant

去年12月, 位于关丹SABS中学旁的新店, 开了间海南饭店. 店名为海南风味馆, 可能此名会让一些海南人困扰, 因没有一个海南人会喜欢这个名字. 而我只认为店主只为了幽默及效果.
There is a new restaurant at the new buildin next to SABS, a HaiNan style restaurant.

店里设计蛮简单, 几张桌椅, 墙壁简单的涂上红白两色, 而另一边贴上砖纸.
It has a simple design, few tables n chairs, red n white wall colour n pasted paper brick at the other side.

沾酱是很重要的, 此店提供了姜及辣椒两种. 姜的过咸, 但还味道不错. 而辣椒的就怪怪的, 完全和我妈大嫂不同.
U cant eat chicken rice without sauce. This restaurant provided 2 type of sauces which is minced ginger n chilly. The ginger is quite salty but the taste still ok n it has a strong garlic taste also. The chilly is a bit weird for me, it is totally different from the one my aunt made.

当天点了个套餐D ( RM10++ ), 本来以为是海南白斩鸡, 结果看错, 是白斩鸭 = =. 难怪吃起来怪怪的. 后来再去多一次, 才吃到白斩鸡. 鸡鸭普普通通, 可惜的是店主把骨头去掉才上桌, 虽然方便吃, 但少了风味, 也让卖像减分, 份量看起来变得很少.
I ordered Set D (RM10++), at 1st I thought is the HaiNan Chicken, but who knw how I read the menu, it is actually Hainan Duck = =. Nowonder its tasted a bit weird. After that I went there again to try the HaiNan Chicken again, too bad it's just too normal. The tauke served the chicken n duck without the bone, althought it's quite convienet for us to have it, but it made it lack a bit of somethings n also the chicken looks so tiny compare to the one with bone.

烫青菜. Boil vege.

当然少不了清汤咯. Can't left out the chicken soup.
