锦轩(锦选)香港点心☆Kam Hin Restaurant

Dim Sum, some say it shows in many types, many designs n a lot of taste, but some say it just the same, meat, meat n meat. To find a good (n cheap ^^) Dim Sum restaurant, it's not easy in Kuantan, but in KL, got a few.

Kam Hin Restaurant, located at Kuchai Lama, 2nd branch at PJ n the 3rd one comin soon at Damansara Utama.

Fried Ha Guin with Salty Egg, the prawn is quite big n the crispy skin just look like bird nest. (RM10.00 @@)

Ha Gau Wong, with a big scallop on top of it, make it so delicious.

Ha Gau, prawn again^^, fresh n nice.

Prawn Dumplin, a bit tasted like Ha Gau, but softer n creamer.

Siu Mai, mixture of pork n prawn, really delicious!

Another form of Siu Mai, but in dumplin form.

Siu Mai again but with vege skin, feel healthy rit?

Seaweed Gau, salty taste of seaweed + a hint of parsley, I like this very much.

"Ham"+Prawn+Cheeze, look at the combination, lips-smackin!

Braised Chicken Feet, not too sweet like the one in Klang, good taste.

Fried Fish Balls, fresh n the sauce is quite nice.

Pai Guat, not much to say about this, just GOOD.

A long shape fish ball with "Fu Pei", ah moi quite like it.

Shan Chao Lo Mai Fan, a not too oily version of Lo Mai Kai, n it's a famous dish at here. Full of various of ingredients n fried till so fragrant.

Although the pastry is not very good, but the fillin is great.

The normal dim sum price is from RM3.50~RM5, n one thing have to mention, the milo, kopi n teh here r quite "Kao" n good ^^

大阪日本餐厅, 一间纯日本美食餐馆.
Osaka Japanese Restaurant, located at Bandar Baru Klang. A purely Japanese delicacies.

鱼生!! 有三文鱼鱿鱼金枪鱼, 只要新鲜, 就一级棒了! (RM36.99)
Shashimi B!! With salmon, sotong, tuna and so on, fresh n nice! Yi Ji Bang! (RM16.99)

镇店招牌, 黑龙. 咸甜鳗鱼, 加上内包香脆不懂是鱿鱼还是鳗鱼, 几种滋味混在一起, 一定要试!! (RM17.99)
Their "Jiu Pai", Black Dragon. Delicious eel + crispy sotong (or eel? @@). Must try!! (RM17.99)

章鱼丸, 烤到脆的外皮, 包着味浓的章鱼, 好吃! (RM10.99)
Tako Yaki Ball a.k.a sotong ball, crispy outer layer n creamy fillin, yum yum~ (RM10.99)

鸳鸯鳗鱼卷, 还不错. (RM25.00)
Unaki SP Maki, good also. (RM25.00)

毛毛虫, 等了蛮久才生出来的. 寿司配与牛油果, 创意料理. (RM19.99)
Caterpillar Maki, wait quite long for it to born. Shushi with avocado, creative. (RM19.99)

鳕鱼, 香且嫩. (RM23.99)
Cod fish, nice to serve with rice ^^ (RM23.99)

茶碗蒸, 水嫩滑口豆腐. (RM5.50)
Chawan Mushi, soft japanese tauhu. (RM5.50)

蕎麦面, 汤底还不赖 ^^ (RM13.99)

二次拜访记得吃食馆☆2nd Visit To K.T.Z Food Restaurant

再一次, 忍不住诱惑, 吃完晚饭后, 一班同事家属就酱从巴生冲去PJ吃冰去了. ^^
One again, I cant resist the temptation... After the dinner, with bunch of colleagues and friends, we hit for the ICE~~~

么都捞, 顾名思义, 什么都有, 草莓芒果蜜瓜奇异果, 综合在一起. (RM11.00)
Mat Toh Loh a.k.a apa pun ada, strawberry, mango, honeydew, kiwi, all together in one bowl. (RM11.00)

花生糊, 很糊, 够棉, 但就是太甜了. (RM2.60)
Peanut Butter "Wu", creamy n nice, but just too sweet. (RM2.60)

腐竹白果意米, 还好没花生糊那么甜, 不错. (RM2.60)
FuJuk BakGuo YiMai, not too sweet, consider okay. (RM2.60)

当然少不了的芒果捞, 云儿也顺便把她的么都捞摆在一起上镜.
Of course wont leave behind my favourite, Mango Loh.

记得吃食馆☆K.T.Z Food Restaurant

昨晚9点多, 小强阿枚夫妇突然心血来朝, 要吃糖水, 本来经过两天的生活营, 已经脚软眼花, 但糖水两字实在太引诱了, 结果就三人行冲去PJ.
Yesterday nit ard 9pm, Sean n ah Moi suddenly wana go for "Tong Sui". Although I hardly can move after 2days school campin, but the "Tong Sui"!! I really cant resist it.

记得吃食馆, 位于PJ的SS2, 越夜越精彩. 此店出名它的冰点.
K.T.Z Food Restaurant, located at PJ SS2. This restaurant is famous of its ICE.

蛮小的店面, 但超好生意.
A very small n crowded restaurant but full of customers.

芒果捞, 大块新鲜芒果, 浓浓香甜的芒果酱, 让人一吃再吃. 极力推荐!(RM6)
Mango Loh, big cubes of fresh mangoes, creamy n stron sauce, yum yum~ Strongly recommended! (RM6)

蜜瓜捞, 虽然不及芒果的爆发力, 但清甜不腻, 配以大颗西米捞, 好吃. (RM5.50)
Honey Dew Loh, although not as stron flavour as the mango, but it's very fresh, good taste. (RM5.50)

红豆沙, 甜了些, 但材料足够, 还不赖. (RM2.60)
Ang Tou Sha a.k.a Red Bean, a bit sweet but a lot of red bean. (RM2.60)

皮蛋瘦肉粥, 粥煮得十分绵, 还可以. (RM3.50)
Porridge with Century Eggs n Pork, the porridge is very creamy n smooth. (RM3.50)

芋头糕, 不会是一般的面粉多过芋头的芋头糕. (RM2.50)
Yam Cake, a lot of yam n less flour, that's what good abt it. (RM2.50)

上海水饺, 还以为会在汤里, 难道上海的水饺是如此的? (RM5.30)
Shang Hai Dumplin, at 1st I though will be in soup, but came out is steamed. Is that so for the actual dumplin at Shang Hai? (RM5.30)

烧卖王, 本来还以为会看到以鲜虾做成的王冠, 结果只是一般的烧卖, 幸好内馅也蛮可口的. 而且酱料蛮特别, 酸酸甜甜的. (RM3.80)
Siu Mai Wang, I though I can see the prawn crown on it, but who knw it's only a regular Siu Mai, but eat with its sour sweet sauce, not too bad. (RM3.80)

上海粘饭, 糯米饭十分的香嫩. (RM2.90)
Shang Hai Sticky Rice, a flavourfull glutinous rice. (RM2.90)

紫菜圈, 把火腿鸡蛋面皮及紫菜圈起拿去炸香, 脆脆的外皮, 带着点点的香菜, 再沾一些特制的山葵 美奶滋酱, 非常开胃.
Seaweed Roll, a roll with ham+egg+pastry+seaweed, fried untill crispy outer layer but juicy inner, abit of parsley, served with special made mayo+wasabi sauce, very good appetiser.

除了SS2, 在1U及LowYat都有分行. 本人很爱糖水, 而且一直在寻找有素质的糖水店, 可惜的是在巴生及关丹都没有专卖店. 有机会真想开一间.
Beside at SS2, in 1U and LowYat also got it branches. I myself love "Tong Sui" so much, n always searchin for nice n quality "Tong Sui Pou", too bad cant find a single one in Klang n Kuantan. If got chance I wish to own one myself.

巴生兰花海鲜大酒家★Taman Rahsna Restaurant

巴生兰花海鲜大酒家, 早上10时多就开始拥满人了. 听说蛮多KL人闻名而来吃点心.
Taman Rahsna Restaurant, Klang, early mornin 10+ here is already crowded with ppl. I heard a lot of KL ppl come to have their Dim Sum.

芋角, 可惜叉烧馅料不够, 芋头面粉味过重.
Wu Kok, too bad the cha xiu is not enough n the yam+flour flavour is too much.

炸虾卷, 大只鲜虾, 配与美奶滋.
Fried Prawn Roll, big fresh prawn, served with mayo.

吃点心少不了虾饺, 虽然皮有点厚, 但新鲜的虾补回.
Havin dim sum, where can leave out Ha Kao, although the skin is a bit thick, but the fresh prawn add some mark to it.

烧卖, 卖相不是十分好, 普普通通.
Shiu Mai, the appearance is not so good, normal.

菜皮饺子, 感觉上吃这个会比较健康^^
Vege Kao, feel so healthy ^^

水晶饺子, 内含新鲜大虾, 好吃.
Crsytal Kao Zi, with BIG prawn, yummy~

咸蛋虾饺, 咸蛋香配上虾的弹性, 让人吃了再吃.
Salty Egg Ha Kao, spongy prawn together with the saltiness of ham dam, so nice~

鱼丸豆腐, 豆腐柔软, 鱼丸弹口.
Fish Ball Bean Curd, the bean curd is soft but not lam beh beh.

鸡脚, 蛮够味但是比较甜.
Chicken Feet, tasty but a bit sweet.

娇小蛋塔, 每个只比50仙大点点. 酥油外皮, 香甜蛋馅.
This tiny little Egg Tart, just a bit bigger than 50 cent only. Flaky pastry and delicious fillin.

还有糯米鸡鱼卖鱼卷排骨炒箩卜糕等等.
Luo Mai Kai, Fish Ball, Fish Roll, Pai Guat, Fried LoBak Gou and so on.

Mr Lee和爱儿, 父慈子孝.
Mr Lee and son, lovely.

4大1小, 吃了RM78+. 这家的点心都较甜, 不知是不是巴生人的口味.
4 adults 1 child, spent RM78+. The dim sum in this restaurant all tasted a bit sweet, Klang special?
