亞宗宝香绑线肉骨茶☆Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh

亞宗宝香绑线肉骨茶, 此间分行位于巴生Centro Mall, 环境干净清凉, 冷气设备, 价钱也比一般的高一些.
Klang Centro Mall Pao Xiang Bah Kut Teh Restaurant, comfortable environment, with air-cond, for sure the price will be higher than the normal.

一切餐具都是特制, 印上自家宝号.
Every tablewares here is special made and given the mark of the restaurant.

为何绑线, 原来经过绑线之后, 肉质嫩滑柔软, 而且还能把多余油脂吸掉, 让汤汁不油腻. 但可能厨师今天比较心烦气燥, 下手重了, 汤汁咸了些. 老妈也不是很喜欢.
What special about this bah kut teh? It is cooked with the strin tied round the meat, and this made the meat to be soft n yummy, the soup also not that oily cause the strin already absorded all the exceed oil. But maybe the chef is a bit not in the right mood today, the soup is quite salty. N my mum not so like it.

配上新鲜小辣椒, 吃到 lem lem lei.
Eat together with cili padi, delicious.

7人份, 加碟小菜, 将近RM80.
7 ppl + a plate of vege, costed us near RM80.

比起在Berkely的总行, 总行的环境当然比较闷热, 但要酱才能感觉到吃肉骨茶的风味.
Compare with the main at Berkely, although the environment at Berkely here a bit hot n stuffy, but we need this kind of environment only can feel the "bah kut teh".

看到绑线后的痕迹吗? 总行的会比分行的好吃.
